How do Voltage regulator and rectifier work on alternator?

Voltage Regulator is used to regulate the output charging voltage that is produced by the alternator to protect the electrical components throughout the vehicle and to make sure voltage of the electric current in the circuit is not too high or too low. It’ll break the fuse and damage the component, if the voltage is too high. Vehicle electrical parts can’t work properly, if the voltage is too low. Rectifier is used to converts AC current to DC current. Alternator rectifier works with the battery to supply power when the vehicle is running. The alternator creates AC voltage, the rectifier inside it will convert the AC voltage into DC.

The ignition system is the ignition device of the engine. It has the function of igniting the mixture and starting to burn in the internal combustion engine. Mobiletron's engine management system can meet customers' needs for enhanced engine performance, power and torque.

ECU/PCM Sensors

Our sensors include Crankshaft/Camshaft Position Sensors, ABS Sensors, MAF Sensors, Oxygen Sensors, and many other types of sensors that could fit in mobiles. These sensors can send data to ECU/PCM, and ECU/PCM uses data to make best engine management. Crankshaft/Camshaft Position Sensor is to provide the exact position of the pistons as they come up or go down in the compression cycle, then ECU know when to ask the Ignition/Fuel System work. ABS Sensor is a key component of the anti-lock braking system preventing the wheels from locking and allowing the driver to maintain steering control during heavy braking. MAF Sensor (Mass Air Flow Sensor) is a sensor used to determine the mass flow rate of air entering a fuel-injected internal combustion engine. ECU uses this air mass data to balance and deliver the correct fuel mass to the engine at the appropriate moment. Oxygen Sensor plays a key role of the fuel and emissions systems, as they monitor the amount of oxygen in the exhaust, and send data to ECU that is able to adjust the air-to-fuel ratio accordingly.

Fuel Management

As the regulations for combustion rate and exhausted gas temperature are getting sticker, it is no flash fact that every single vehicle should take better control over the fuel system. This is not only for environmental purpose, but most importantly to avoid any possible penalties.

What Mobiletron focus on the fuel system management, would mainly rely on EGR (Exhausted Gas Recirculation) and IAC (Idle Air Control Valve). The incomplete combustion gas would be recirculated by EGR vale back to the manifold for second combustion in the cylinder, thus reduce the nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission. As for Idle control valve, it mainly in charge of idling rotational speed (RPM) control. Through continuous communication with ECU, the idle air control vale gives your vehicle perfect throttle balance. Drivers do not need to worry about the extra combustion whenever vehicle is in idling, since the IAC will provide a smooth throttle position control for you.
